2-Training Sessions in Florida
|
The first one on February 13-14 was presented in Deerfield Beach by
Nestor Masotti (President of the International Spiritist Council). On February
27-28, Julio Carvalho (Coordinator of the Divine Light Spiritist Center, NJ) conducted the Dynamic Training
Sessions for Spiritist workers and directors in Boca Raton and Orlando. On March 14, Dr. Alirio de
Cerqueira will also be presenting the seminar "You in a World of Regeneration".

3-USSC Arts Committee Meeting

4-Third U.S. Spiritist Medical Congress
|
Once again the U.S. Spiritist Medical Association is promoting a Medical Congress. This time around it will take place in June 11-13 at the George Washington University in Washington, DC. Registrations can be made at the U.S. SMA website www.sma-us.org.

5-Peace and You Movement

9-Tri-State Spiritist Federation Being Formed
|
For many years, Spiritist Centers from New York, New Jersey
and Connecticut have been working
together in the dissemination of Spiritism. This year this unified effort is becoming official. After meeting for a few months leaders of several Tri-State Spiritist
Centers decided to form the Tri-State Spiritist Federation. Following Florida
and Georgia this is the third Spiritist regional organization being formed.

10-Dr. Alirio Cerqueira in the U.S.
|
From March 4 through 11, Dr. Alirio Cerqueira PhD. will be visiting the Tri-State area (see program here). On the 12 he will travel to Florida to visit Spiritists in Jacksonville and Boca Raton where he will present the "Homeopathy and Spirituality" seminar.

11-Benjamin Franklin Spiritist Society Founded

Last January the BFSS was founded in MA. On March 13 an inauguration celebration event will take place at the Society. Visit their website for more information.
