Annual General Assembly
2012 GENERAL ASSEMBLY
The USSC’s Sixteenth Annual Ordinary General Assembly will take on Sunday, May 13, 2012, in Atlanta, GA, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
The agenda will be as follows:
I. Verification of all member organizations present
II. Call to order
III. Approval of the 2010 General Assembly Minutes
IV. Executive board of directors report by the president
V. Summary of annual report by USSC’s treasurer
VI. Auditing Committee Findings
VII. Election of Board of Directors
VIII. Other (Open session for the exchange of ideas related to the USSC and the U.S. Spiritist Movement in general)
IX. Adjournment
Your participation is essential, whether in person or by designating a Proxy with clear instructions on how to vote on your behalf. Click here to print and download the Proxy. The Proxy can be faxed, emailed or presented to us right before the General Assembly begins.
Only member organizations in good standing will have voting rights during the General Assembly. Please refer to the USSC By-laws Sections 4.4 and 4.6. As usual, the general public will be allowed in to observe the General Assembly proceedings.
